How we collaborate

  • We champion collaboration, good communication, and a personalized approach to all that we do. Over the years, we’ve thoughtfully designed an integrative, streamlined approach to our work and how we interact with clients. 

  • We do our best work when we collaborate with you. You can expect us to stay proactive all throughout our work together.

  • We’re available on Mondays through Fridays from 9 am to 5 pm (MST) and have same-day response times for all clients.

How we use technology

  • We believe the right technology makes life easier, not frustrating.

  • We vet the tech we use before recommending it to a client or implementing in our own business.

  • We DON’T ask you to spend excessive time in Zoom meetings with us. However, as a virtual firm, we use Zoom for calls. This is a way for us to see each other and screen share when needed.

  • We use Slack for all communication during the following projects: File Setup, File Cleanup, and Ongoing support. Slack allows us to keep info in one place while giving you direct access to our team.
